The Error, This problem occurred to someone else, just wanted this to be documented somewhere: Oracle Error occurs every time to a different file: ORA-01115: IO error reading block from file 4 (block # 35241) ORA-01110: data file 4: '/oracle/u02/oradata/nqprod/sysaux01.dbf' ORA-27091 unable to queue I/O ORA-27072 File I/O error Linux-x86_64 Error: 4: Interrupted system call Additional information: 3 Additional information: 35238 Additional information: 16384 This error occurs because of a configuration problem, the mount option nointr was missing for some file systems, adding this option solved the problem Oded. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Rally I dont know if ocfs can nest whit LVM. I you want it, just you can handle it whit GFS (Global File System) and CLVMD (Cluster LVM), and this work very fine. Regards, -- Camilo A.
