dtrace discuss - Jan 2009 - Tracing entry/exit of JITted methods?

Is there a provider or technique that would allow probes to fire at the
entry/exit for JITted methods? Mozilla is trying to get easier profiling and
debugging for our trace-JITting JavaScript interpreter.

I''m not a dtrace expert.
I think you can do it by adding some code in prologue and epilogue of  
JITted methods.
