Hi all, I sent an email on the mailing-list a couple of month ago about IPv6: https://www.spinics.net/lists/samba/msg180986.html What I found when I tried was that there was no AAAA records for the AC-DC in the DNS. I do not know if it is a general problem or whether it is was something in my configuration. Just because something nice and shiny comes along, it doesn't mean you have to use it internally, though you should probably have the option.> > > But I know some organizations that want to switch to IPv6 > > consistently and you can rephrase my question to whether Samba can > > accommodate these organizations. > > The answer is yes; Samba supports IPv6.
