Syslinux - Nov 2008 - [PATCH] ppmtolss color need to be quoted

Fix internal ppmtolss comment and man page describing ppmtolss syntax with
color index
Fix typo s/freqency/frequency/ in comment

Not so sure it will not be mangled, so it's also as attachment.
