Yes, but it cuts the custom configuration details for things like
openssl down to just win32.
Another platform raised was OS X.
In particular, the openbsd and linux hacks for linking against openssl
are very strange indeed, and seem to be workarounds for bugs on those
platforms under certain conditions.
