Eventmachine talk - Sep 2008 - Error on "hello world"

Hi!

I''m trying to do some research on eventmachine so I can use it on my
next pet project.

I started to read your website (http://rubyeventmachine.com/) and the
documentation. I installed eventmachine using "gems" as directed, and
then clicked the "hello world" link
http://rubyeventmachine.com/wiki/EchoServer

I wrote the simple program on a file, but when I try to execute it, I
get

$ ruby eventmachine.rb
./eventmachine.rb:10: uninitialized constant EM (NameError)

Are the docs wrong?
Am I doing something wrong?
Is there a place where more acurate documentation exists?

Try naming your file something other than eventmachine.rb
