LightDM - Nov 2017 - RHEL 7.4 layout problem with LightDM GTK3 Greeter

Hi!

We have been using LightDM and the GTK greeter instead of the provided 
GDM on RHEL 7.2 on our product (GDM does not work with a remote X 
display). Now we are preparing an upgrade to RHEL 7.4, but the GTK 
greeter has a layout problem, probably due to changes in the GTK libraries.

I looked for a newer RPM, but lightdm-gtk-1.8.5-19, which we use, is the 
latest. Now, before I start hacking a Fedora specfile for the latest 
version of the greeter, I thought maybe somebody else has already build 
an RPM for a newer version that might not have the layout problem.

Anybody?
