1. does anyone have the full list of configure option for icecast2?
2. how do you increase the debug level of  icecast2
3. where is the console mode?

AFAIK, there isn't one.  Yet.  Icecast2 is still very much a work in
progress, especially in the areas of configurability and user interface.
But the cor functionality seems solid.
