flac dev - Jun 2007 - quick and easy way to convert id3-tagged flac to flac-tagged flac?

So before i knew better, i encoded a lot of my CDs in flac and added
id3 tags (they worked, so great!). 

I know i've seen mention of others doing this; anyone gone to the
trouble to write a tag conversion tool?  Shouldn't be too tough,
but i'd rather not reinvent the wheel.

Unless someone knows of a tool, I could make pretty quick work out of 
this.  Which tags are you looking to convert, ie artist, album, title, 
track #, year, genre, images - anything else?  .NET ok?

I've been grabbing the following, which are just the Grip defaults.

note that i have my own workflow with grip as the frontend that
made sense when i was running three cdrom drives ripping on a 450MHz
celeron.  don't anyone have bad feelings toward grip for not
supporting flac tags, it may very well do so nowadays.

COMM optional  ;)

I don't even know what TCON is.   Probably the genre from FreeDB,
which is generally iffy but probably worth saving.  A friend of mine
always set his genre tags to "porn groove".  ;)

.NET should be fine; I'm not sure I have the runtime on my windows machine
at home but if not i can get it.  Don't spend a lot of effort on
this but if it's really just something quick I'd appreciate it.

Jud, why would you write this in .NET and limit its portability?   
flac runs on Unix and Mac OS X, so if you were to write in C/C++ then  
your tool would be available to everyone who can run flac.
