service (Cox Cable has parts of one; XO has parts of the other...I

ask ARIN about the whole assignments, just 67.0.0.0 and 68.0.0.0).

If you''re running an older release with ipchains set up per the
recommendations of the time, you''re probably blocking these subnets. 
(We
had two users yesterday report previously visible web sites unreachable,
which led to finding this...based on their reports, I guess that the IPs
went live around June 1.)
