Why filters although they are Direct Form 2 Transposed when setting y?

 yi EXTRACT16(SATURATE(ADD32(EXTEND32(x[i]),PSHR32(mem[0],LPC_SHIFT)),32767));

x[i] isnt multiplied by num[0];
Like type here

There's an implicit b0 = 1.
