Speex dev - Dec 2011 - Working on VBR fixed point conversion

Hi All,

   I am working on VBR fixed point conversion for our DSP processor and in the
algorithm the MIN_ENERGY and some more terms which I am not able to understand
how those numbers are derived. Can some one help me with some documentation on
algorithm discription of VBR?.
