samba - Oct 2019 - RSAT Tools no pointer (PTR) resource record to a reverse lookup zone

I tested on Samba 4.10.8 and 4.9.13 - result is the same (for internal DNS as
well as for BIND9 DLZ DNS Back End)
There is also an unsolved bug https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12186
