samba - Sep 2018 - why i am getting the error message cli_full_connection failed! (NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE) on smbcquotas when i am try to use smbcquotas

i am using smbcquotas and when i give the password of the root i am getting
the error message cli_full_connection failed! (NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE)

why i am getting this error how can i fix this

From the info you have provided, I haven't a clue, how about telling us
things like:

What OS ?

How are you running Samba ?

What is in smb.conf ?

Where are you storing the quotas ?
