why i am getting the error message cli_full_connection failed! (NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE) on smbcquotas when i am try to use smbcquotas
i am using smbcquotas and when i give the password of the root i am getting
the error message cli_full_connection failed! (NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE)
why i am getting this error how can i fix this

Problem connecting linux box to linux box in ad
...linux box and the linux box can connect to
windows boxes.
On the second box I get this whe I try to mount the share:
12874: session setup failed: ERRDOS - ERRnoaccess (Access denied.)
SMB connection failed
In the log file on the first linux box I get:

[Samba 3.0alpha21] Cannot see NT4server ?

I want to make a relationship between these 2 domains. So, on my
NT4server, I add STLO-SMB in "trusting domains" and on my samba server,
I type:
net rpc trustdom establish STLO-ADMIN (with the right password of
course) then it says:

Machine confused about localhost
I run rpcclient without specifying an IP address and I get the following
error:

beta3 winbind and win2003 server

controller, but cannot get winbind woking with a Win2003 AD domain
controller.

my samba clients keep randomly dropping out of domain trust

dropping out of the domain. Operations suddenly start failing with

hostnames resolve to wrong IPs - and sometimes shares become inaccessible
...cessing remotely I see some strange behaviour. Running smbtree results in several errors about not being able
to connect to some addresses that are remote.
A snip of one message appears below:
