CentOS - Oct 2019 - Alternate gstreamer1 for CentOS 8

Hi All - is there an alternate gstreamer1 for CentOS 8 ?

Two reasons why I need it.
1) OpenH264 support
2) VAAPI support

Both don;t seem present.

This is what I get on CentOS 8.

yum provides "*/gstreamer1-vaapi*"
