Recognizing I am the new person here and am merely trying to
understand this community at this point:

Is there an active translator for the w.c.o/es pages?

Unfortunately not. The bulk of the Spanish pages were translated by
Alain but he is hindered by the lack of a viable Internet connection.
Hence when he manages to get on-line, the ArtWork take precedence.
