Xapian devel - Mar 2019 - [GSoC] Bug tracker access

Hi!
My name is Bruno Baruffaldi, I am a Computer Science student from Argentina
.
I am interested in working for Xapian for GSoC and I have been reading the
developers guide.
I try to take a look of the bug tracker, but it is seems that I need a
username and a password.
Is it correct?

You also asked on IRC yesterday, and I answered after you'd
disconnected:

  <olly> barufa (if you check the logs): you don't need an account in
  trac just to view tickets - if you want to add a new ticket or comment
  on one you do (click register at the top to create an account)

If you ask on IRC, it's worth checking the logs later if you didn't see
an answer before you disconnected.  There's a link to the logs in the
channel's topic (usually at the top of the window, or shown by command
/topic).  Or use something which allows you to stay in the channel when
you aren't online (e.g. matrix or a bouncer).

I am interested in applying for the project "Text-Extraction
Libraries" and
I was wondering if you could recommend me something else to read in
addition to the resources or if there is a particular issue that I can
solve to get familiar with with the code of the project.
