[Libguestfs] [PATCH v2] builder: planner: Don't add some impossible transitions.
Previous patch contained a typo. Changed output_format -> output_filename. Rich.

[Libguestfs] [PATCH v2] builder: planner: Don't add some impossible transitions.
Certain transitions where the input and output filename are the same are impossible, eg copying a file to itself. Don't add these.
