llvm dev - Jun 2019 - buildbot failure in LLVM on sanitizer-x86_64-linux-gn

Why is there a public GN buildbot that sends emails and IRC notifications?
That isn't what was agreed upon. Either un-GM it, or silence it.

Sorry for the noise.
It must be misconfiguration. I assumed it sends messages only to specific
list of people and you are the first who raised that issue.
I am going to silence it, not sure yet what I missed.
