llvm dev - Feb 2019 - How to build LLVM such that `llvm::Module::dump() const' is preserved?

The FreeBSD port for the Intel's ISPC compiler fails to build because it 
can't find this symbol:

|llvmutil.cpp:(.text+0x3d60): undefined reference to 
`llvm::Value::dump() const' How to build LLVM to preserve these symbols? 
I suspect there is a cmake switch for this? Thank you, Yuri |

Use -DLLVM_ENABLE_ASSERTIONS=ON, or -DLLVM_ENABLE_DUMP=ON with cmake.

Random question: how much code size do these #ifdefs actually save in non-assert
builds?  Is this still worth it at all?  I suspect the time is long past that
this makes sense.
