I'm not aware of any such list, other than what you can learn from

Subject: [llvm-dev] reg. LLVM front-ends
Dear LLVM Community,
I am Rasika Sapate, masters student at Indian Institute of Technology,
Hyderabad. We are writing a translator to convert LLVM IR into goto IR. It is
intermediate representation for CBMC(Bounded Model Checker for C, C++ programs).
I would like to know which front-ends are currently supported by LLVM and their
maturity levels(language features supported).
Thanks and regards,
Rasika Sapate.
