llvm dev - Aug 2016 - State of SEH support

I was just curious if anybody can confirm if LLVM has complete support for
non-call instructions throwing exceptions. Quick google-fu shows slides
from a year ago which claim partial support.

Nothing has changed since that talk was given.  Reid and I had some ideas
on how it could be done without too much fuss but never had both the time
or motivation to implement it.
