llvm dev - May 2015 - [LLVMdev] buildbot failure in LLVM on clang-x64-ninja-win7-debug

Hi Dennis,

I just got this buildbot error message after my commit. It was sent to 
60 other people and it seems your buildbot is failing since a while. 
With so many people on a single blame list and a history of failing 
builds, it seems these notification mails do not provide any benefits.

In the light of the current mailing list discussions about buildbot 
noise, I wonder if you possibly disable notifications for your buildbot. 
It would also be nice if you could move it to the clang.exp
section.

For the archives. This builder was disabled in 237920.
