[Nouveau] [Bug 81266] after suspend monitor is darker on nvidia gt510m
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81266 --- Comment #1 from Ilia Mirkin <imirkin at alum.mit.edu> --- Sounds like your backlight is getting turned down and not restored. Are you able to control the backlight with linux? You might need to pass in acpi_backlight=vendor on the kernel cmdline. Can you attach your dmesg? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... [Nouveau] [Bug 81266] after suspend monitor is darker on nvidia gt510m
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81266 --- Comment #2 from pineout <pineout_wrc at yahoo.it> --- Incredible I tried this solution (between many) months ago, without success. Now probably with different Linux/Kernel/DE a simple acpi_backlight=vendor solved the problem. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
