CentOS - Jul 2014 - Upgrade from CentOS 6.5 to 7.0

Hi there, I have a CentOS 6.5 installation and I'll like to upgrade to 7.0,
which are the steps to follow in order to get this done and mantain 6.5
services and configuration?
