The closest thing to it is probably Scientific Linux 5 Live CD/DVD, but the most recent available version is 5.7 from October 2011. Not the latest but livecd anyway. https://projects.centos.org/trac/livecd/ There is some instruction on how to generate yourself. Have not tried myself though.
