Puppet 3.7.2 is a bug fix release in the Puppet 3.7 series. It plugs a significant memory leak in the Puppet master application, improves Puppet's resistance to POODLE attacks (but you still need to check your Apache configs), and fixes a variety of other bugs. Extra special community shout-outs for this release to Felix Frank and Gert van Dijk for colloborating on a fix to a thorny sshkey issue (PUP-3357); and the whole crew who helped characterize and test the memory leak fix in PUP-3345: Jason Fonesca, Tim Skirvin, Josh Hoblitt, Matt Jarvis, and Alexandre Derumier. See the release notes for more detail on the changes: http://docs.puppetlabs.com/puppet/3.7/reference/release_notes.html For a complete list of bugs addressed in the release, see this JIRA query: https://tickets.puppetlabs.com/browse/PUP/fixforversion/11925 Installation instructions are here: https://docs.puppetlabs.com/guides/install_puppet/pre_install.html Eric Sorenson - eric.sorenson@puppetlabs.com - freenode #puppet: eric0 puppet platform // coffee // techno // bicycles -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Puppet Users" group.
