So the issue here is that you've used your real-world domain for your
AD realm? I think most people make up an internal-only domain for this
purpose, e.g. example.lan.
Is it too late to change that to something else? Otherwise I guess the
answer is to add your website into your Samba internal DNS, which
hopefully someone can advise on.
I would guess using samba-tool dns add command.
