Xen users - May 2013 - Where to get the vTPM code that can be used in the Dom0 linux 3.9.1

Hi,

I''d like to install the vTPM in Xen-4.2.2. But, I cannot find the
backed
driver in the Dom0 kernel. So how to get the latest one and install the
driver?

And, I also would like to know what''s recommended version of Dom0 and
Xen
to run the vTPM?
