In order to delete a filter, the prio value is important . If I don''t
remember too bad , if you type
# tc filter del dev eth0 parent 1:0 prio 100
you should be done.
Bewary : all filters which match such description will be erased, regardless
of other parameters such fmark/u32/etc.
