I''m working on a project that needs a picture taken from an iPhone to be sent to a Rails back end, which uses paperclip. I''m trying to send it via http post but i get the following error: We''re sorry, but something went wrong. We''ve been notified about this issue and we''ll take a look at it shortly. The rails output shows: [paperclip] An error was received while processing: #<Paperclip::NotIdentifiedByImageMagickError: /var/folders/pD/ pDBak1ufEeSHluZ8kAougU+++TI/-Tmp-/stream20100721-4816-1pbpnnn-0 is not recognized by the ''identify'' command.> What is the best way to do this? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Talk" group. The easiest solution is to go to the server and type "which identify" then put the path in the config/environments/production.rb file (or whatever your environment it): Paperclip.options[:image_magick_path] = ''/foo/bar/bin/'' Cheers, Andy -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Talk" group.
