LARTC - May 2004 - New Bie for this group

Hi all,

I am very new to this group and also the Unix
platform.
I am having some questions related to Throtling.
I have visited lot of sites but not satisfied except
www.docum.org 
I am from India. Working on *nix platform & love to
work on RedHat Linux.
