LARTC - Jul 2004 - Setkey

I use ipsec on my Linux machine (Fedora 2 Core), and controls it using
"setkey" scripts.
Does anyone knows of a C interface/library that will enable me to control it
from C code?
The "setkey" C function is something completely different.
