Rails core - Oct 2007 - [PATCH] - AbstractRequest#parameters destructively overwrites request_ and query_parameters

I''m looking for some +1''s for a bug fix patch I

AbstractRequest#parameters is overwriting request_parameters when
called, so I drew up a patch and test case to fix it.  Any people
willing to try it out would be much appreciated.
