I don''t know if this an appropriate place to ask, but... Maybe, someone has a solution. When I''m testing out code, if I change the POST/GET page (not the calling page), I have to close and reopen Internet Explorer to see the changes. Hitting refresh does not work. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Spinoffs" group. You might need to edit your internet settings to not cache the page: Tools - Internet Settings - Temporary Internet Files (Settings). It should say Every Visit To the Page. It sounds like you might have Everytime you Start IE checked. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Spinoffs" group. Actually, I had it set to Automatically. Changing it to Every Visit fixed it. -----Original Message----- From: rubyonrails-spinoffs-/JYPxA39Uh5TLH3MbocFFw@public.gmane.org [mailto:rubyonrails-spinoffs-/JYPxA39Uh5TLH3MbocFFw@public.gmane.org] On Behalf Of jesirose Sent: Thursday, September 07, 2006 7:57 PM To: Ruby on Rails: Spinoffs Subject: [Rails-spinoffs] Re: Testing Code Changes You might need to edit your internet settings to not cache the page: Tools - Internet Settings - Temporary Internet Files (Settings). Also, holding down the shift key while hitting refresh can do this without having to change your settings. I should have mentioned that one first. Glad you got it fixed. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Spinoffs" group.
