Xen users - Mar 2013 - Cannot Get Windows 12 To Install

I had my Windows 12 working fine and decided to start all over.   I insert the
cd and start the install I get an error about unable to find device drivers.  I
have tried a few templates with the same results. I dont think I got this last
time.   I need to get this re-installed today
