The reason the client is not following the ENC environment is due to:
http://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/3910
A quick look at the code, it appears kick doesn''t support environment
option. I don''t know if Puppet::Run supports the environment option
(which would make this a fairly straightforward patch). Please file a
feature request.
