Hello, I''m having trouble finding a way to ensure that NFS clients on each of my managed machines are suid. I am not trying to manage the mount points themselves with puppet (another discussion, but I don''t see the advantages to machine-specific configuration being done centrally). This means that the mount type is not what I''m after. I looked into it with augeas but each fstab entry is a numbered line. and I don''t see how to tell it to do what I want. The pseudocode would be something like: augeas { "ensure_nosuid_nfs_mounts": context => "/files/etc/fstab/*", changes => [ "ins options nosuid" ], onlyif => "type == nfs" } I''m not sure how to tell augeas to do this for each entry in that array of contexts. Or perhaps I should be doing this a completely different way. Any help would be appreciated.
