asterisk users - Feb 2013 - any video applications available

We found this URL: http://sourceforge.net/projects/asteriskvideo/
But these applications seem too old for Asterisk 11.

Are there any video applications for Asterisk 11?
We need these applications to implement IVVR.

Or any other solution is to be appreciated.
