samba - Feb 2013 - Printer issues with Samba 4.0.3 and compile time warnings

I have some issues with Samba 4, setting up printer shares and was wondering if
they were due to compile time warnings, in particular I am getting errors like:

I have this on a new build Arch linux system, and get some warnings at build
time, for example:

There are also many bits "not found" during the config check though
the system appears to have all the required compile time for example:

How do I tell what's important or possibly work out what is missing?

(As a note, lots of things do seem to work rather well, including using the MS
DNS tool to edit DNS)
