samba - Jan 2013 - Samba4 RODC

Hi,

Is there a tutorial somewhere on the Internet to configure a Samba4 as a
RODC in a AD domain environment with a W2K8 PDC ?
How to configure smb.conf, krb5.conf and the Samba4 Internal DNS server ?
