Vorbis - Jun 2009 - Proposition for 6.1 and 7.1 Channel Mappings

Vorbis Community,

Seeing as how DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD decoders are becoming more accessible, I
believe now may be a good time to standardize channel mappings for 6.1 and 7.1
audio.

MPlayer currently implements 7.1 audio for Vorbis like so: FL FR RL RR FC LFE SL
SR.
