well, since hdt is included in syslinux, debian has hdt already since a
log time (within the syslinux-common package that ships the com32 modules).
however, more interestingly, hdt needs to be integrated within the
syslinux menu on the installer and live cds.
for the installer stuff, i don't have any influence, but for the live
systems, i'll add it for the next pre-release for squeeze, so that users
can directly launch it from the menu.
