test case

The attached test program should create a window with a border. The
"nv" driver
succeeds; the "nouveau" driver fails.

Looks like Xserver/EXA bug (nv used XAA instead of EXA, so it didn't affect
it).

And it works here.

As you are using ancient version of Nouveau with equally old Xserver, I'm
closing this bug as RESOLVED/WORKSFORME and advise you to upgrade.
