[Bug 756] New: iptables: Memory allocation problem.
http://bugzilla.netfilter.org/show_bug.cgi?id=756 Summary: iptables: Memory allocation problem. Product: iptables Version: CVS (please indicate timestamp) Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 Component: iptables AssignedTo: netfilter-buglog at lists.netfilter.org ReportedBy: zjaakie at gmail.com Estimated Hours: 0.0 If iptables is too full you get a memory allocation problem? While I have 3 GB of RAM in my server, and also there is also only 193 MB in use in RAM, which means, I have like 2 GB of RAM left. How can this be a memory allocation problem, this bug has been here for years, can someone please fix this? Oh, and sometimes I can add IP's and other times I can't. Really strange. iptables --version iptables v1.4.12.1 uname -a Linux user 3.0-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Oct 7 10:11:05 UTC 2011 i686 Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.netfilter.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug.
