not sending any extra digits or filler digits to the telco on the PRI?
If the problem is not in asterisk or zaptel, what do I say to the
Telco to get them to believe the problem is on their end?

Need IP for NFS-Server
.../NFS server while in an initrd.
PXELINUX does not seem to supply any networking info to the kernel (which
would be passed into the environment of the init process).
How could I achieve this?
(BTW, is there a DHCPD option to specify an NFS server IP, which is different
from the DHCP server?)

TFTP issue
...;s nothing at 0.0.0.0.
I probably need to add the "next-server" option to the dhcpd.conf, but
can't PXELINUX just use the DHCP server as the fileserver?
(And, I seem to recall that it worked "before" even without any
next-server statement, but don't assume it.)

^L does not reset cursor in graphics mode
Hi,
when having a string like "^Xlogo^Ltext here" as boot.msg, then the text
is not displayed at row 1 column 1, but rather in row 24. What's up with
that?

[ANNOUNCE]: Release of iptables-1.4.3
The netfilter coreteam presents:
iptables version 1.4.3
the iptables release for the 2.6.29 kernel. It has been some time
since the last release and we've had a lot of changes all over the
place. Besides the usual fixes and cleanups, we have:
- numerous documentation updates from Jan Engelhardt and others
- a set of changes to move some of the iptables functionality to
a shared library for tc and m_ipt from Jan and Jamal Hadi Salim
- another patch to make libiptc available as shared library. Some
distributions have been carrying patches for this despite being
explicitly unsuppo...

SMB slow by design?
Hello list,
I have observed quite low bandwidth usage when copying files over SMB.
This happens for at least three cases I have tested:
* Windows 98 SE reading from a Samba 3.0.22 smbd
* Windows XP reading from a Samba 3.0.23d
* smbclient reading from 127.0.0.1 (3.0.23d)
According to iptraf, the average transfer rate was oscillating between
8604.60 kbps and 8654.20 kbit/s, copying a
