IP IDs seem to be off, iptables logging is showing the IP ID from the previous
packet/connection. Sniffers on the IPtables box and elsewhere on the network
verify the incorrect ID #'s.
Might affect more then just logging. When lib_ipq gets the packet, it also
shows an incorrect IP ID.
