Summary: gem install for i386-mswin32

Initial Comment:
When I try to use gem to install the latest version of wxruby on my Windows
machine, this is what I get:
> gem install wxruby
Select which gem to install for your platform (i386-mswin32)
 1. wxruby 1.9.2 (x86_64-linux)
 2. wxruby 1.9.1 (x86_64-linux)
 3. Skip this gem
 4. Cancel installation

Why no other OS''s? As of now, I manually have to download the mswin
variant.
