Curt and I talked about this over breakfast this AM - do you have admin rights
to create directories in c:\? If not, perhaps moving it down one more level to
c:\foo\IronRuby would fix this problem?

1) what dir did you check out the sources into
2) I''m assuming this is the latest (114 build)
3) You''re using the IronRuby.sln file?
